Freeze-dried, ground whole figs, having a slightly sweet taste with a crunch. Can be added to salads, yogurt, smoothies or can be eaten right off the spoon.
Figs are rich in nutrients, polyphenolic compounds and dietary fiber.

Ingredients: Fig (Ficus carica) 100% whole fruit, Calcium Stearate.

Serving Size: 1 Teaspoon Servings Per Container: 80
Directions for use: Take 1 teaspoon 1 to 3 times per day or as directed by your Health Care Practitioner.
