Preparation and Usage
Recommended daily dosage: 10 drops, 1–3 times daily, diluted with at least 200 ml of water at room temperature.
For oral use, place a small amount of water in a cup, add the drops of Rizol Myrrh, then add more water and stir so that the oils disperse and form a milky liquid.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage unless advised by a qualified healthcare professional.
