Ecru-white Scarf for the EMF protection of the body, made from NATURELL™, a high quality semi-transparent ecological cotton breathable fabric for the shielding of high-frequency electromagnetic fields (HF). Luxuriously soft and light material, without chemicals, comfortable to wear for day, office, travel or at night. Washable and easy to iron at specific temperatures; has a very high screening attenuation for a fabric with such a high cotton content.
Can be worn in several ways:
- as a protection for the chest
- as a protection for the head, neck and thyroid
- full upper body protection
- belly protection for pregnant women
- due to its large size it can even be used as a single person cover during the night
Composition: 82 % cotton, 17 % copper, 1 % silver; weight: 70 g/m²; fabric has OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100.
Cleaning & care instructions: wash with special detergent for delicate fabrics without enzymes or bleaching agents (which can have a negative effect on the shielding attenuation), gentle cycle at 30o C, iron without steam at degree 1, no tumble drying, no bleaching, no chemical dry-cleaning.
Caution: the fabric can suffer discoloration over time and has limited durability; stains have no effect on the screening attenuation; all Silver fabrics have a limited durability, depending on the frequency of movement and washing. Can be made from more than 1 continuous piece of material.
Technical data: NATURELL™ has an attenuation of 40 dB, not electrically conductive.
This product shields high frequency electromagnetic fields (HF). This product contains electrically conductive parts on the inside which can neither be contacted nor grounded. That’s why individual areas do not shield low frequency electrical fields (LF). The above mentioned screening attenuation values always apply to 1Ghz. The screening attenuation of the fabric is regularly tested in an EMC laboratory, the measurement setups are due to the following standards: ASTM D4935-10, IEEE Std 299-2006, IEEEE Std 1128-1998, ASTM A698/A698M-07.
