Organic Bee Bread: Take 3-4 granules, 2-3 times a day, or as needed, on an empty stomach, chewing slowly without drinking liquids.

Organic Pollen: It is recommended to take pollen on an empty stomach, for example before breakfast (best) or between meals. It can be chewed or crushed and mixed into food or beverages. The granule's external capsule is not digested by the stomach, therefore we do not recommend swallowing it whole. Best taken with honey (for example on a slice of toast) or with yogurt or chamomile tea.

Bee Energy: 1 little bottle per day, pure or diluted in water, in the morning on an empty stomach or when needed. Shake well before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage unless advised by a physician.

Organic Propolis Yummies: Thoroughly chewing breaks down the gelatin matrix and increases contact with oral tissues. Some prefer to savor gummies by sucking on them first, then chewing or vice-versa.
