Ingredients: Phosphatidylcholine (from purified soybean lecithin),

Other Ingredients: water, glycerin, ethanol, vitamin E (as tocofersolan).

Recommended Daily Dosage: Take 1 teaspoon (5ml) 2 times per day. Hold in mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to desired dosage or as directed by your healthcare professional. Best taken on an empty stomach at least ten minutes before meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage unless advised by a physician. Food Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.

Storage: After opening keep refrigerated. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Best to use within 60 days of opening.
