Ingredients: Purified distilled water, Colloidal minerals - Zn (Zinc), Mn (Manganese), Cr (Chromium), Mo (Molybdenum), B (Boron), Mg (Magnesium).

Directions for use: Take 15 drops (1ml), 2-4 a day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage unless advised by a licensed physician. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
