Thank you for considering the Ki Science Affiliate Program. Our affiliates are very important to us. We do our best to treat you with the fairness and respect you deserve. We have written the following affiliate agreement with you in mind, as well as to protect you, our company’s good name and our customers. So please bear with us as we take you through this legal formality.

Affiliate Terms and Conditions
1. General
As an authorized affiliate (Affiliate) of Ki Science Ltd (Ki Science), you (the applicant) agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement (Agreement). Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting Ki Science as an Affiliate.
Your participation in the Program is solely to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on products purchased by individuals referred to Ki Science by your own website or personal referrals.
By signing up for the Ki Science Affiliate Program (Program), you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.
2. Modification
Ki Science may, in its sole discretion, change or modify this Affiliate Agreement at any time, with or without notice. These modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.
Such changes or modifications shall be made effective for all Affiliates upon posting of the modified Affiliate Agreement on the website www.kiscience.com. The Affiliate is responsible for reading this document from time to time to ensure that its use of the Affiliate Program remains in compliance with this Affiliate Agreement.
If any modification is unacceptable to the Affiliate, its sole recourse shall be to terminate this Affiliate Agreement and your Affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
3. Application
To enroll in the Affiliate Program, you must submit an affiliate application and be approved. Please note that our Affiliate Program is open ONLY to licensed practitioners which have already registered as such on the Ki Science website. All other applicants, which are not registered as practitioners and do not qualify to be registered as practitioners on our website, will be automatically rejected.
Applications are processed every business day and applicants will be notified of their acceptance status as soon as possible after their information is reviewed.
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application in our sole and absolute discretion. There is no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application.
4. Affiliate URL
You will be issued a special URL once you become an approved member of the Ki Science Affiliate Program which will be unique to you and you only, and will allow you to be paid for affiliate referrals.
5. Commissions
Affiliates will receive 20% of the referral revenue as a commission from orders placed through properly coded Affiliate links (unless noted otherwise for a particular product). Commissions may change at the discretion of the product publisher, Ki Science, commissions may increase during limited time special promotions, but they will return thereafter to the regular 20% commission rate.
Please note that sales of products and product categories below do not generate any referral commissions, these products are currently excluded from the Affiliate structure:
- Acilis water;
- Preventa water;
- KiScience Advanced Hydrogen Foot Spa and Replacement Arrays;
- PropolAir diffusers and accessories, including the propolis capsules;
- EMF protective products from the Ki Wave range;
- Products from the Oral Wellness range, such as toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash;
- Products from the Skin Science range, such as face and hand creams, body lotions, soaps;
- Product bundles that are already discounted;
- Test CD’s and DVD’s;
- Tools and testing equipment.
For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment for the product transactions that have been completed by the customer. Word of mouth referrals will not result in an affiliate commission being generated. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links. Properly coded links are the sole responsibility of the affiliate. Commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate Dashboard.
The Affiliate will continue to accumulate commissions for each successfully paid transaction by the customer for as long as the customer remains a paying customer and places the orders through the affiliate link.
If the customer becomes a Lifetime Customer of the affiliate it is not an automatic guarantee that the customer will generate commisions for the affiliate for all his purchases. The orders placed by Lifetime Customers have to be placed from the same email address as the one he is registered as a Lifetime Customer with. Otherwise the Lifetime customer will not generate a commision for the affiliate for the respective order.
Customers other than Lifetime Customers have to use the affiliate link for every order in order to generate a commision for the affiliate.
In the event a customer requests a refund (either full or partial) or cancellation (either full or partial) for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund or cancelled amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.
Commissions will be paid every 60 days. For an Affiliate to receive a commission, the referred account must remain active for a minimum of 90 days.
Affiliates cannot refer themselves, use their own code or affiliate link to make purchases. You will not receive a commission on your own accounts. Any offenses to said rule will result in suspension and/or termination.
Also, registered Practitioners cannot use referral links from an Affiliate to make purchases. The Affiliate cannot send referral links to Practitioners for them to make purchases. In the event such commissions are earned from Practitioners, these will be rejected without notice.
6. Payment
An Affiliate can request a payment when their balance reaches a minimum balance of £50.
Currently, Ki Science pays affiliates via a PayPal account, provided to us when a member joins. If the PayPal email changes, it is the responsibility of the affiliate to notify the Affiliate Program to ensure proper commission payments. We will only resend payments returned due to incorrect payment email addresses once.
7. Order Fulfillment
Ki Science will be solely responsible for processing every order placed by a customer via affiliate links or affiliate codes. Affiliates are not authorized to collect payments or sell any Ki Science products as a “reseller” and no “resale” rights are granted in ANY way. Affiliates are not authorized to sell any of these products on eBay, or other auction sites. Ki Science will also be solely responsible for all customer service inquires. All affiliates understand and acknowledge that no physical products will be shipped to them.
Customers who purchase products and services through the Ki Science Affiliate Program will be deemed to be customers of Ki Science. Accordingly, all rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders and service will apply to those customers. We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time. Prices and availability of our products and services may vary from time to time. Ki Science policies will always determine the price paid by the customer.
