ORGANIC ITALIAN PROPOLIS

Propolis is a natural substance rich in flavonoids and organic acids (3,4). These naturally occurring compounds contribute to its distinctive characteristics.

Due to its composition, propolis has been widely studied for its interaction with oral microorganisms. In addition, its content of flavonoids and organic acids contributes to the unique properties of propolis used in oral care products.

Research has explored the use of propolis in oral care preparations and mouthwashes. Studies have observed its role in supporting oral hygiene and maintaining a clean oral environment. ORGANIC SARDINIAN CISTUS INCANUS

Sardinian Cistus incanus is a variety of red cistus that grows wild in the arid and rocky areas of Sardinia. Its peculiarities derive mainly from the concentration of bioactive compounds and the unique climatic and geological context of the island.

It is particularly rich in flavonoids and polyphenols (quercetin, myricetin, kaempferol), bioactive compounds that contribute to its antioxidant properties.

According to scientific literature, Cistus incanus has been studied for its interaction with oral biofilm. Biofilm is the slimy layer that forms on surfaces in the mouth and contributes to plaque formation. Some studies suggest that extracts of Cistus incanus may influence the adhesion of microorganisms within the oral environment. (1, 2)

HOW TO USE

Apply a small amount of gel to the gums or affected areas, using a clean finger or cotton swab.
Massage gently until completely absorbed.
